About Oksana
Oksana Kucheriava has been helping clients look great in clothes that fit. Born and raised in Ukraine, she first started tailoring in 1991 and has worked in tailor shops and bridal salons, eventually opening her own.
Aside from offering top quality alterations, Oksana designed one-of-a-kind dresses, suits, skirts, coats and pants at clients’ request. News of Oksana’s quality work spread, and soon clients from all over Ukraine and Europe were ordering custom designed clothing. Her shop was also producing bulk orders for clothing boutiques.
With degrees in tailoring and clothing production, Oksana taught courses in sewing and clothing design, and many of her students went on to open their own tailoring businesses and bridal shops.
In 2016, Oksana and her family moved from Ukraine to the United States and she’s been serving clients in the Detroit area ever since.
Oksana brings experience, passion and quality european technique to every project and will guide you on how your clothes should fit.
